Welcome to the YogaScape® Instructor Programme!
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for individuals aspiring to become YogaScape® instructors. By enrolling in the YogaScape® Instructor Programme, you agree to adhere to the following terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Qualifications:
To enrol in the YogaScape® Instructor Programme, you must hold a valid Level 2 Exercise to Music (ETM) qualification and EITHER provide proof of a Yoga/Yoga-style qualification OR submit a video of you teaching the latest full release of YogaScape® after completing training (See 1.2)
1.2 Assessment Video (if applicable):
If you possess the Level 2 ETM qualification but lack a Yoga/Yoga-style qualification, you are required to submit an assessment video for evaluation before teaching YogaScape® classes. This can be completed in the training dashboard.
2. Programme Fee
2.1 Payment:
To access the YogaScape® Instructor Programme, a one-time fee is required. This fee covers the online training materials and resources provided.
2.2 Monthly Subscription:
Instructors are required to maintain an active YogaScape® Instructor subscription to access ongoing support, choreography updates, and other programme benefits. Instructors must subscribe to this monthly to teach YogaScape® (anywhere), use YogaScape® branding and call themselves a YogaScape® instructor.
2.3 Cancellation:
Instructors may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
2.4 Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued.
2.5 Teaching Without An Active Subscription:
Should you teach without an active subscription, YogaScape® will prosecute using the full extent of the law.
3. Training Materials and Resources
3.1 Access To Instructor Training Dashboard:
Upon successful enrolment, instructors gain access to YogaScape® training videos, choreography notes and music to the latest release.
3.2 Completing YogaScape® Instructor Training:
You have 3 months to complete YogaScape® Instructor Training Programme. Please get in touch if this is not possible.
3.3 Access To Instructor Dashboard:
After successfully completing training, you will be granted access to the Full YogaScape® Instructor Dashboard.
3.4 Quarterly Releases:
New choreography and materials are released quarterly to keep classes fresh and engaging.
4. Certification
4.1 Submission of Qualifications:
Instructors must submit proof of their Level 2 ETM qualification and a Yoga/Yoga-style qualification to complete the certification process. (If not applicable, please see 1.2)
4.2 Training Completion:
Successful completion of the online training and submission of required qualifications grant instructors the YogaScape® certification.
4.3 Teaching YogaScape® :
There are no restrictions on where you can teach YogaScape®! We want you to teach in as many places as possible eg. Online, On Demand, In gyms, In the community! Just make sure you tag us on social media to share the YogaScape® love.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1 Professionalism:
Instructors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and ethically, promoting a positive and inclusive environment during YogaScape® classes.
5.2 Compliance:
Instructors agree to comply with the YogaScape® class structure, choreography guidelines, and any additional instructions provided in the training materials.
6. Marketing and Promotion
6.1 Use of Branding:
Instructors who have passed YogaScape® Instructor Training and hold an active subscription to the YogaScape® Instructor Programme are permitted to use YogaScape® branding and marketing materials for promoting their classes.
6.2 Use of YogaScape For Video Promotion:
Instructors who have passed YogaScape® Instructor Training and hold an active subscription to the YogaScape® Instructor Programme are permitted to use YogaScape® in order to market their own classes. 90 seconds of YogaScape® is permitted to be used per video.
7. Termination
7.1 Termination of Membership:
YogaScape® reserves the right to terminate an instructor’s access to the programme for violations of these terms or any reason YogaScape® deems fit.
7.2 Teaching Eligibility:
Instructors may only teach YogaScape® classes while having an active monthly subscription. If an instructor cancels their subscription, their teaching eligibility will be revoked.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
8.1 Modification:
YogaScape® reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Instructors will be notified of significant changes.
8.2 Continued Enrolment:
Continued enrolment in the YogaScape® Instructor Programme after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
By enrolling in the YogaScape® Instructor Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
